Business Mailout

For the first time in 2023, a dedicated business mailout will be circulated to all businesses in the vicinity of Brockwell Park. This mailout will contain detailed information on the events taking place, impacts to daily activities and how to get in touch with our dedicated community team. Information within the mailout will include:

  • Event Timings

  • How to contact us

Business Hotline

For the first time in 2023, we’re introducing a business hotline phone number that will be active during the event periods. You can use this to report things relating to the events to us, in real time, to allow us to investigate and support businesses. This number will be distributed as part of the business mailout, which will be sent to you before the event. You can also contact us via a new, dedicated email address –

localbusiness@brockwell–live.com and one of the team will get back to you.

Business Ticket Ballot

We would like as many local businesses to enjoy the festivals as possible and will again be offering up to four tickets for your team to attend one of the festivals over the series. If you are signed up to our business mailing list, we will contact you via email when the ballot is live. You will be able to enter the ballot to as many festivals as you like, with the chance of winning four tickets to one Brockwell Live event day.

The ballot will go live week commencing 3rd April 2023.

Direct correspondance

The Community Team is available year round at: community@brockwell–live.com Please don’t hesitate to get in touch via this email address if you have any comments, queries or suggestions. If you would like to be removed from the business mailing list, please respond to this email and let us know.
