Monica and her family have been running Fresha Bakery in Norwood High Street for many years and bring honest home cooked food to everybody in the neighbourhood.  Customers come from far and wide and Monica knows all their names, what they like to eat, whether it’s jerk chicken, curry goat, salt fish fritters, rice and peas, or soup it’s all available.

At Fresha, you can also order your dinner by phone and collect your fresh, tasty food in person.  

The bakery goods include Patties, traditional buns and hard dough break hand made on the premises by Mr Sterling, who is happy to stay behind the scene.
