Lambeth’s Economic Resilience Fund – Phase Two
Lambeth Council have announced the launch of Phase 2 of their Economic Resilience Fund to support businesses who continue to be most severely impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic, as the economy begins to reopen.
Who can apply for grant funding?
The second phase of Lambeth’s Economic Resilience Fund will target:
· cultural and creative industries, and their supply chains
· independent hospitality and leisure businesses, and their supply chains
Businesses from these priority sectors, who are unable to access the Restart Grant or Local Restrictions Support Grant (LRSG) may be eligible, provided they have fixed commercial costs, employees and at least 20% income loss. Organisations will not need a business rate liability to qualify.
Grant awards of either £10,000 or £25,000 will be available for these businesses depending on their size and extent of income loss due to the pandemic.
How to Apply for the Economic Resilience Fund (Phase Two)
Applications for the second phase of the Economic Resilience Fund will open at 10am on Friday 28th May 2021. These applications will be assessed on a first come, first served basis. Lambeth anticipate high levels of demand and unfortunately will not be able to make awards to all applicants submitting eligible applications. The application form will be available for a short period of time at www.lambeth.gov.uk/ERF.
