The opportunity

Click Europe have undergone great change in the past year with independent and blue-chip retailers on the high street and online, stocking their wide range of toy, gift and leisure products. There is now the opportunity for a sales associate to join the team and help to further grow new and existing wholesale relationships.

How you will contribute

• Drive sales results throughout building and maintaining a strong and updated client portfolio
• Ensure client satisfaction by demonstrating the standards of Click Europe and its values.
• Engage clients by building authentic and long-term relationships, from acquisition to after-sales assistance
• Potentially attending exhibitions in the UK and Europe to help greet potential new clients and demonstrate our range of products.
• Work closely with the Click team to ensure product availability and meet client requests
• Provide constant feedback on client activity and market trends – helping to inform new product development
• Work with the marketing team to ensure a consistent and professional face to all comms.

Who you are

We are looking for a positive, outgoing, and eager individual who has strong communication skills, tact and diplomacy, and a talent for building new relationships.

• Proven experience in a similar role, or a role with a transferrable skill set – gift and toy sales experience is a bonus!
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail
• Strong market and toy/gift trends knowledge
• Ability to work in a team and to work independently
• Strong administration and digital skills
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills

Salary: £25,000-£32,000 depending on experience plus commission
