Discounted membership to local gyms and yoga classes

It takes 15 weeks to establish a good habit – and to encourage  you to take up this exercise offer, the funding provided by Impact on Urban Health covers half the usual fee.

This forms part of our Happier, Healthier Workplaces project, which is available to owners and managers of businesses within the BID. The gyms and yoga practices in the scheme are also Station to Station BID members.

Anytime Fitness Gym (Tulse Hill) & Better Leisure Centre (West Norwood)

  • No joining fee 
  • 4 month introductory membership at £25.00 per month
  • Sign up in February and begin in March 2023. 

 

Anytime Fitness gyms offer you 24hr access to the gym, so you can go whenever suits you! Please note that the Leisure Centre pool is currently closed.

The Shala (West Norwood)

  • 4 month introductory membership at £22.50 of 4 Aerial yoga classes per month   
  • Sign up in February and begin in March 2023. 

 

More Yoga (Tulse Hill)

  • 6 month discounted introductory membership
  • First month only £1.00, subsequent 5 months will be £20.00 per month (membership is from 7th of the month and will be £20 per month unless cancelled within 30 days)  
  • Unlimited access to Yoga classes each month
  • Sign up in February and begin in March 2023

 

At the end of the discounted period, we hope you will be feeling the benefits of all the exercise and continue with your local membership!

If you would like to take part, please email us on info@stationtostation.london and tell us which membership you are interested in! Spaces are limited, so it’s first come, first served.
