The current Cost of Living Crisis has obvious impacts on businesses – with soaring energy costs, staff recruitment and retention issues, rising prices of supplies, business rates and increases in rent to name just a few challenges. 

With this in mind, we are pleased to announce that the Design Council and its funding body Impact on Urban Health have awarded Station to Station further funding to continue our work to make West Norwood and Tulse Hill’s workplaces happier and healthier.

 

We are offering the following:

  • An Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)*, subsidised for a year.

*An employee assistance program (EAP) is a health and wellbeing service that supports employees with personal and/or work-related issues. The EAP is a free and confidential service that is paid for by the employer and offers a range of services to employees including, self-care information, online CBT programmes, short term counselling, and legal information. 

 

Our Happier Healthier Workplace scheme of support is aimed at levy paying business owners and managers in the BID area.
