We deliver regular newsletters to keep our BID members and local organisations up to date on the business information and support available, as well as BID projects and initiatives.
In 2020 we surveyed our members and found that 60% of respondents regularly read the newsletters and found them very useful!
We also communicate with our businesses by using information sharing systems. We have 3 main groups; the high street, Parkhall business centre and Norwood Works (for the industrial estate). As well as the businesses themselves, local councillors also sit on these groups, which gives them useful insight into the day to day issues that affect our members. This has led to further council support being put in place on issues such as parking, anti social behaviour and shoplifting.
