As part of our 5 year term as your local Business Improvement District – the membership body representing the business community in West Norwood, Tulse Hill and Parkhall Business Centre – we undertook a ‘mid term review’. This was to ensure that the work we are doing is meeting the targets set out in our 2nd term business plan 2021- 2026.
We commissioned British BIDs a national body with expertise in setting up, managing and advising BIDs to do this for us. Professor Chris Turner reviewed our business plan and other KPI’s and found that:
“Station to Station Business Improvement District is a smaller sized BID with excellent financial, operational and communication strategies and delivery.”
Its governance is sound, and it is already reviewing and fine tuning its structures and articles to meet its current needs.
