The mains water pipe replacement by Thames Water along Norwood Road is scheduled to start this spring and is expected to take a year to complete.

This will be hugely disruptive to retailers, restaurants and cafes in Tulse Hill and West Norwood, many of whom are independent and family run businesses. Station to Station BID has been having a few high level meetings with Transport for London, Thames Water and Lambeth Highways to minimise the disruption this will inevitably bring to businesses. We have put across high street traders concerns regarding footfall, access, deliveries, waste collections and compensation and are working to ensure effective communication to try and minimise disruptions.

PLEASE CLICK HERE TO READ MORE DETAILS ABOUT THE WORKS AND HOW/WHEN IT WILL AFFECT YOU.Proposed start date now May 6th (subject to change).

DELIVERIES!
Please answer the questions below if your business has regular deliveries or collections which may be interrupted by Thames Water roadworks. We will feed this information to the Thames Water site team who will be doing the actual works.
